Responsibilities:

Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
Ensure planned KPI's of efficiency & performance are met or exceeded.
Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements.
Developing and implementing costsaving measures and quality control systems.
Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.
Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
Coordinate set up & implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
Establish individual accountability using coaching & support & performance management process.

Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma in Engineering or related field of Manufacturing
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervision skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations
Good communication skills to build key relationships with your team and other department
Must open for shift working hour ( monthly rotate )
