    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resource utilization.
    • Play a key role in promoting a culture of safety within the organization, identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and recommending safety measures.
    • Ensure compliance with industry-specific process-related standards, codes, and regulations, actively monitoring changes and updates.
    • Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
    • Optimize existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization to streamline operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of process-related documentation, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel.
    • Conduct root cause analyses of process-related issues and incidents, developing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate future occurrences.
    • Collaborate with various departments, including operations, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless process integration and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Participate in training programs and initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge in process engineering, safety management, and industry standards.
    • Prepare and present reports on process improvement projects, safety initiatives, and compliance status to management and relevant stakeholders.

    Requirement:

    • Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of process engineering experience in the chemical / process industry
    • Must have experience in P&ID and PFD.
    • Experience in process standards, improvement and safety
    • Able to work well in a team environment
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
