Salary ranges from $2,200 - $2,800 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Duration of Service Start Date: 2nd Jan 2024 or date of issuance of Letter of
Acceptance, whichever is later
End Date: 31st Dec 2024
Option to Extend:
The Contractor grants the Authority the option to extend the Contract for a further period of two (2) years on an annual basis (i.e.
from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 and 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026).The working hours below, base on 42 hour work week (excluding lunch break):
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break
- One of the days will be a 8.5Hour work day, inclusive of 1⁄2 hour lunch break
The Services required are set out as follows:
ICT Support
- Provide the school with professional ICT support and additional technical expertise to handle the increasingly sophisticated ICT implementation in the school;
- Manage the implementation of ICT projects in the school, assist the Head / ICT in ICT planning and introducing new ICT solutions that support teaching and learning. He will also execute daily ICT operational and administrative duties, such as procurement and inventory management;
- The roles and responsibilities of the ICT Executive shall be as follows:
- Project manage schoolinitiated projects
- Coordinate MOE HQ project roll outs for the school
- Ensure project implementation is adhered to MOE policies, guidelines and standards
- Provide progress updates of projects to the Head / ICT
- Prepare relevant documentations and guidelines pertaining to the project
- Work with the Head / ICT on gathering the ICT needs of the school
- Propose solutions that meet the requirements of the school including technical specifications and market pricing of these solutions
- Assist the Head / ICT in purchasing ICT Equipment & Services based on the school's requirements through bulk tenders, calling tenders and quotations
- Assist the Head / ICT to manage the school's ICT resources
- Assist the school and Head / ICT to establish SOP for security of ICT resources
- Based on instructions from the HOD/ICT, the service staff may oversee and assign work to the ICT TAs, AV TAs, Librarians and any other ICT, AV & MRL support staff in the school
f) Other tasks may include:
- Proactive scanning of the market for technology trends and new technology tools that support Teaching and Learning and update school staff.
- Be a point of contact for vendors, coordinating ICT project related matters for the school.
- The roles and responsibilities shall be as follows:
Equipment Setup and Maintenance:
Setting up, installing, and configuring AV equipment such as projectors, sound systems, microphones etc. Ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition, conducting regular maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Event Support:
Providing AV support for school events, meetings, presentations etc.
This includes assisting with equipment setup, operating AV systems during the event, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth audio and visual experience for participants.
c)Technical Troubleshooting:
Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to AV equipment, software, and connectivity. This includes identifying issues with audio or video quality, troubleshooting network connections, resolving software conflicts, or addressing hardware malfunctions.
- Other duties include:
b) Provide consultancy and assist all teachers in ICT[1]related matters and problems;
c) Provide technical assistance to teachers and students in preparation of special events such as Open House, conferences, competitions, projects, etc.;
The Personnel should preferably possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Mandatory to have attained:
- Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline, or Diploma in Film, Sound & Audio or related discipline
- Mandatory to have minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Providing ICT & AV support for Secondary and JC students on areas stated in scope of work.
- Proficient in:
- IT skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Application Development);
- AV skills (Video production and event management)

- Possess effective organizational and followup skills, giving attention to details and able to multi task;
