- Contract period: 1 Month (Apr to May)
- Event Assistant – Customer Experience (Event Pack Collection)
- Manage event execution and related administrative, including event logistics procurements and crew/volunteers deployment
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders/vendors to ensure smooth set-up and meet all Event Pack Collection requirements
- Manage and execute the packing operations for all event entitlements with support from crew and volunteers
- Handle all customer enquiries, feedback and possibly execute service recovery related to Event Pack Collection
- Perform ad hoc duties when assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
- Dedicated, self-oriented and results driven
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work out of office hours whenever necessary
