Position:

1. Event Assistant – Customer Experience (Event Pack Collection)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

• Manage event execution and related administrative, including event logistics procurements and crew/volunteers deployment
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders/vendors to ensure smooth set-up and meet all Event Pack Collection requirements
• Manage and execute the packing operations for all event entitlements with support from crew and volunteers
• Handle all customer enquiries, feedback and possibly execute service recovery related to Event Pack Collection
• Perform ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
• Dedicated, self-oriented and results driven
• Possess good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work out of office hours whenever necessary

Location: Mega at Woodlands

Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday, may be required to work beyond normal hours)
