Position: Machinery Mechanic (U-Turn)

Location: Singapore

Salary: $20 to $24 per hour + Overtime

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and skilled Machinery Mechanics for immediate employment. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of machinery. This role demands a high level of precision and safety awareness, as well as the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings for effective equipment installation and maintenance.

RequirementsMain Responsibilities:

• Read, understand, and interpret machinery drawings and schematics to install accurately, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment.
  
• Mark equipment foundation reference based on drawings and plan for installation and alignment post-installation.
  
• Handle hydraulic hoses and jacks safely and efficiently.
  
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  
• Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the best ways to correct them, repairing or replacing defective parts as necessary.
  
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure machinery operates smoothly and meets safety regulations.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement new equipment and modifications to existing machinery.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations always during the installation, maintenance, and repair processes.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in machinery mechanics, preferably in a similar industry.
  
• Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans.
  
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and safe handling practices.
