- Leverage on data mining skills to prepare KPIs for reporting and drive insights.
- Monitor and report operational performance metrics via dashboard.
- Retrieve, analyse and summarise operations and customer data and develop business intelligence to optimize efficiency of Claims processes.
- Communicate and present findings to management via slides and oral presentation, and provide insights to enable informed management decisions.
- Build relationship with team leads and work with them to address issues and provide data support.
- Finetune and maintain database for development of key metrics.
- Apply programs such as SQL and Tableau, in analysing and summarizing data insights to explain variances and trends for business solutions.
