**Job Description:

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain vendor and supplier records, including payment terms and contact information.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping:

  • Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets, including journal entries and transactional records.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as needed.

Expense Management:

  • Monitor and track employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process employee expense reports and reimbursements in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Assist in reviewing expense reports for accuracy and completeness.

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the reconciliation process.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to bank transactions and reconciliations.

Financial Reporting Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide support during the monthend and yearend closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with other team members to compile financial data and information for reporting purposes.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes as needed.
  • Perform other adhoc tasks and projects assigned by the Finance Manager or Financial Controller.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in finance or accounting administration is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (particularly Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, SLQ).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.
