***A privately owned investment manager is looking to expand their investment team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to join them in a Senior Equity Analyst role, covering Asia ex Japan equities.

Responsibilities

You will join a highly credible team where you will generate investment ideas by conducting in-depth fundamental analysis and thorough financial modelling of companies.

Working closely with the portfolio manager, you will present company and industry analyses to the team, and clearly articulate the key drivers of the business and company valuations.

You will monitor the companies in the portfolio and be aware of market events and sector trends that may impact company valuations.

You will consistently generate stock ideas through your deep research and understanding of the sectors and markets you cover.

Requirements:

You have strong academic qualifications from a renowned university and years of equity research experience, including experience at an investment management firm.

Experience covering Asia ex Japan equities across sectors is an advantage.

You are technically proficient, able to build complex financial models, conduct detailed financial analysis and adopt a bottoms-up, deep dive approach and long-term investment philosophy.

You are passionate about investments and are able to express these ideas through your strong verbal and written communication skills.

A self-driven individual, you enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
