Internal Title: Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) Contract Lead

The FPSO Contract Lead will manage the procurement process for an offshore FPSO greenfield project as client representative co-located with an Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) firm. The FPSO Contract Lead will enable strong collaboration with internal/external stakeholders and colleagues to deliver commercially innovative solutions and implement best practices to support project delivery. This role will be accountable for all assurance activities and mitigation and management of supply chain risks with a focus on cost, schedule, quality, and HSSE gold medal targets.

Job Requirements:

• 15+ years direct experience in Contracting and Procurement;
• Demonstrated experience working on Deepwater Projects, specifically FPSO projects;
• EPC contract management capability; and
• Working know-how of Brazilian Regulation, Legislation, and Tax.

Skills and Competencies:

• Supply Chain Management Project Procurement Skills, including tendering, proposal evaluations, total cost of ownership, negotiations, benchmarking, market intelligence, category management.
• Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, balancing the needs of the client and the suppliers.
• Proactive individual that can embrace change and adapt quickly to the dynamic environment.
• Promotes and embrace diversity of team members.
• SAP-Ariba expertise desired.
