Description
Job responsibilities:
. Assist Sous-Chef work in daily kitchen operation
. Cook meals according to recipe
. Ensure quality and safety of cooked meals
. Supervise team of Catering Assistants
. Responsible for kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
Requirements:
. Min 2 year chef experience
. Hands-on experience cooking SouthAsian, Western and Local cuisines
. WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1, if available
. Able to work in shifts
