    Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

    Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

    The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

    Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    ·Deliver exceptional customer service to out of park partners and ecommerce customers and answer queries on replenishment/logistics / and after sales service matters.

    ·Drive ecommerce and out of park business growth; Analyse the business together with internal stakeholders (ie. operations and merchandising teams) and provide feedback to develop and grow Ecommerce and out of park business revenue stream.

    ·Manage stock level, fulfil order shipments, and drive sales at official stores on Marketplace.

    ·Build relationship with partners, gather and share information on product quality, promotion effectiveness and customer responses for follow up.

    ·Be the point of contact for partners to ensure products are launched on time.

    ·Ensure points are well represented and stock level well maintained.

    ·Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser to upkeep visual display of merchandise.

    ·Reconcile revenue reporting with Finance and E-Commerce partner and vendors.

    ·Coordinate stock count.

    ·Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    ·Minimum GCE 'O' Level

    ·Minimum 1 year of relevant formal/informal experience in sales, ecommerce, operations, or relevant role

    ·Excellent planning, time management skills and sales driven

    ·Service oriented with a good communication skills

    ·Proficient in MS office/ SAP is a plus

    ·Physically fit and independent candidate

    ·Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (if needed)
