About the company:

  • Our client is a financial companies in Japan.

Responsibilities:


  • Learning MHCAP providing services such as Auto Lease, Short Term Rental, Car Trading and Motor Insurance.
  • Taking care of existing customers including weekend phone call from customers
  • Developing new customers.
  • Communicate with car dealers to propose vehicles to customers.
  • Need to get vehicle knowledge to propose to customers.
  • Car collection & delivery for normal servicing
  • Support making accident report.
  • Arrangement vehicle services & repairs to our own workshop
  • Maintain and improve our service quality
  • Provide the higher quality service to customers to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Making reports and documents upon receiving management requirements.

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • With 4 years of working experience in car leasing is an advantage.
