WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....


The incumbent is responsible for the support, maintenance, and delivery of all aspects of the End User Computing environment both physicallly and virtually.

This include platform stability, security, OS deployments and upgrades, patch management, software packaging and deployments.


The incumbent is also responsible for designing and developing automated processes, system scripts, programs to reduce redundant and manual day-to-day activities for end-user computing team.


Automation of Processes for End User Computer Services:

  • Develop an automated process and system deployment scripts to reduce redundant and manual day-to-day activities-Coordinate with Group Technology for Group-wide projects, updates and new initiatives rollouts.

End User Computing Services including VVIP Support:

  • Assist in the preparation, setup, configuration and troubleshooting of desktop computing hardware
  • Ensure that all VVIP requests are attended within 2-4 hrs
Any other responsibilities assigned by supervisors:Internal communication within technology departments (30%), business user (40%) and Group IT (20%). External communication with vendors (10%)

Job Requirements- Strong technical knowledge and experience on Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, SCCM, GPO, O365, Azure, Intune, MAC, SurfaceHubs, Citrix, etc.) and networking technologies is a must Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP- PowerShell scripting experience- Demonstrated ownership of Level-3 desktop support issues, while working closely with Level1&2, other internal teams and 3rd party vendor support- Solid communication skills for documentation and knowledge transfer upon problem resolution- Ability to work independently without intensive oversight and committed to continual improvement skills- Experience in working with Global teams- Strong Inter-personal skill, positive and team centric attitude
