About the job
Lead and manage technology transfer projects from development to commercial production, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and process establishment.
Develop and implement change control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology transfer and change control activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technology transfer processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on change control and technology transfer best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management, change control, and technology transfer within the Life Sciences industry.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards related to technology transfer and change control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional areas.
