Our headquarter is situated in Switzerland. Also we have entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.
We are looking for a Project Manager for our School products: Grafari ( Orthograph and Calcularis) and Calcularis.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Strategy
- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for implementation and integration projects of School products.
- Define and communicate the project's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the clients' needs and product strengths.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, customers, clients, educators, developers, designers, and administrators, to gather requirements and smooth delivery and implementation of School products.
- Maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and address any concerns.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring costeffectiveness.
- Allocate resources efficiently, considering the skills and strengths of team members.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Proactively address issues that may impact the project timeline or quality.
- Quality Assurance
- Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards for implementation of digital school product to meet client requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and testing to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Timeline and Milestone Tracking
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Implement tools and processes to track progress and adjust plans, as necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and status updates.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress.
Requirements:
- Certification or Diploma in Project Management, Business, or a related field
- Preferably with project management experience
- Teaching experience in K12 education in highly desired
- Strong and knowledge in early child development and children psychology is preferred
- Familiarity with digital education technologies and trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Independent and able to work under pressure
