As an e2i Specialist, you will be part of the team to create an impact on the employment and employability of jobseekers and working people through the creation, development, and delivery of employability programmes.

The role requires you to reach out and work closely with jobseekers and forge strong partnerships with training partners, employers, and educational institutions.


Employment and employability facilitation:

  • Design training interventions and advisory to graduands, jobseekers and working people to close employment and employability gaps.
  • Organise and deliver physical and virtual workshops and seminars.
  • Prepare and facilitate postworkshop evaluation to understand ground needs better.
  • Conduct reviews of suite of interventions regularly, propose and implement changes.
  • Explore business opportunities, outreach to educational institutions to create awareness of e2i employability programmes and promote collaboration.

Requirements:


  • Passionate about helping Singaporeans to enhance their employability.
  • Driven and able to work independently and as a team.
  • Innovative and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to relate to all levels of jobseekers/working people and cultivate strong relationship with partners.
  • Possess persuasion and negotiation skills, and strong project management skills from conceptualization, implementation, evaluating and engagement with stakeholders.
  • Experience in human resources / career coaching / programme development / business development / project management will be advantageous.

Qualification

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or
  • WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) / WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
