Description

• To implement SAP Business ByDesign Cloud ERP in CRM, SRM, PM and SCM modules in customer projects.
• To use technical and business knowledge to translate business requirements into functional design.
• Potential upskilling opportunities in S/4HANA Cloud certification, enablement and project participation.

• To design, construct, test and deliver thorough SAP Business ByDesign Cloud ERP configurations based on functional business requirements.
• Ensure Business ByDesign Cloud functionalities are implemented in line with project requirements and is completed on schedule.
• Effectively engage customers in project discussions to provide updates, discuss and find viable resolutions to project issues and obtain acceptance from customers.
• Recognise, record, report and take preemptive action on anticipated project issues.
• Report project progress updates to project team lead or project manager.
• Carry out knowledge transfer or postimplementation support tasks.
• Create training materials and conduct enduser and/or project team training.
• Design and conduct Business ByDesign workshops.
• Assist sales team in preparing and conducting Business ByDesign demonstrations.

• Implemented SAP ByDesign for 3 to 5 years.
• Successfully completed at least 3 fullscale SAP ByDesign implementations.
• Experience with the SAP ByDesign CRM, SRM, PM, and SCM modules.
• Conducted workshops for testing, training, business scenario, solution walk through and data migration for SAP ByDesign.
• Has experience with data migration, test case creation, configuration, and scoping.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes in either manufacturing, energy, healthcare, distribution, construction industries. Business process knowledge of any other type of industry, an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in other languages, an advantage. Willing to work on handson tasks.

• A history of working in Professional Services/Consulting environment.
• A history of working in global virtual team environment. Working experience with other SaaS solutions.
