Job Summary

The Analyst eCommerce manages the visual merchandising presentation and the online product's life cycle(launch through liquidation) for the eCommerce site.

This position will manage an assigned category of business and will also coordinate digital marketing eff orts.

Marketing, General Merchandise, Parts & Accessories, eCommerce and GIS will work together to ensure customer-relevant and effective merchandising is available on the eCommerce site to achieve a premium customer experience and achieve core KPI targets.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper online merchandising strategy execution through defined systemic processes.
• Online Merchandising activities include: product sorting, sequencing, product badging, taxonomy and categorization, customer groups/custom content, cross sells & up sells, search refinements, automated features and product facets/attributes.
• Analyze product performance on a department, classification, and style level and reacts appropriately to sales trends.
• Assist in the development of the overall financial forecast for retail sales and inventory.
• Coordinate digital marketing projects on an adhoc basis.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including Marketing, General Merchandise, Parts & Accessories, eCommerce and GIS to ensure customerrelevant and effective merchandising is on the eCommerce site at all times.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Experience preferred in retail merchandising, online content, merchandising management, or digital marketing.
