Responsibilities:

Oversees the mechanical systems (eg. chiller plant, airside equipment, EMS/BMS, lifts/escalators)
Responsible for planning, implement, reviewing and improving the maintenance outcomes of the mechanical systems
Conduct periodic inspection on the system functionality, performance and abnormalities.
Track, monitor and ensure the timely completion of works and payment to vendor
Responsible for the renewal & administration of the maintenance term contracts, renewal of statutory certification and submit monthly report of critical systems.
Analyse system performance data and make recommendations for performance improvement (eg. utilities consumption, maintenance quality)
Review and improve on SOP/workflow to enhance maintenance outcomes, enhance quality of service delivery and team productivity
Prepare budget for mechanical system and manages expenditure within approved budget.
Work closely with the Project team to oversee the implementation, testing, commissioning and taking over of the mechanical systems

Requirements:
