Handle full set of accountsPrepare monthly management report
Manage and process supplier invoices / payments or SOA
Review and monitor receivables
Monitor cashflow
Review job costing to ensure all jobs are invoiced and cost accrued.
Prepare and submit quarterly GST
Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast
Liaise with auditors and tax agent
Ensure compliance on local statutory/tax regulations, completion and submission of various tax/statutory reports based on the prescribed deadlines to avoid penalties, interest and surcharges
Other task that may be assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy
At least 5 year's experience in handling full set of accounts
2-3 years as an auditor would be preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Self-starter and team player and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
Experience in Intercompany process
Comfortable in managing in a diverse environment
