Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the banking/financial services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable IT service solutions.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to seize market opportunities.
  • Present sales performance reports and forecasts to the executive leadership team.
  • Engage in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's presence and reputation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 1215 years in IT services sales, preferably within the banking/financial services domain.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing large key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia (SEA) market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving them towards achieving targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and explore business opportunities.
