    Roles & Responsibilities

    Overview:

    As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and execution within our company. Leading a team of sales professionals, you will oversee all aspects of the sales funnel to achieve ambitious revenue goals and foster long-term customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
    • Establish and optimize sales processes and workflows to ensure efficient lead conversion and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Set clear sales targets and quotas for the team, and develop accurate sales forecasts to track progress and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, oversee complex sales negotiations, and close high-value contracts to drive business success

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales performance analysis and forecasting.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Deep understanding of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the sales landscape.
