    We are looking for a creative, passionate and initiative Robotics and coding Trainer cum curriculum developer personal.

    Job Description

    Able Conduct physical enrichment training (Robotics and Coding) with children

    Good classroom management

    Facilitate an inclusive and collaborative classroom environment

    Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

    Able to Train the Trainers

    Able to Design and plan effective training programs (online and offline)

    Able to develop curriculum for online and offline programs

    Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.

    Ensure attendance and other Training records documents

    Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement for training and curriculum

    Monitor employee performance and response to training

    Coordinate, Supervising and plan freelancer trainers schedules

    Providing prompt and insightful feedback to parents or stakeholderJob requirement

    Comprehensive knowledge of ICT-related (robotic & coding) or Maths

    Able to communicate and PR with parents / stakeholders

    Must be willing to travel branch to branch

    Requirements

    Must be registered on IRS MOE

    Must have prior experience in training children

    Must have prior Coding or Robotics training with children

    Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any discipline

    Good communication skills and with an excellent command of English.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Proactive and with a positive mentality, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

    Able to work independently and as well as a team player

    Able to lead the team and have good initiative

    Prior operations and office administration experience preferred

    Never say die attitude

    Able to work under pressure
