Description
Our client, an expanding electrical and ACMV company in Singapore, is expanding.

Join them in this exciting journey as a:

Drafter (Revit, BIM, Autocad)

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain CAD Drawings
  • Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and nondimensional drawings
  • Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers/coordination with client's
  • Communicate effectively and work closely with the design team members of individual's Project management
  • Responsible for receiving, registering, filling and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section
  • Develop computer generated drawing, details, plans, schedules and data sheets
  • Perform other related work duties as assigned by reported supervisor

Requirements:


  • Must be born Singaporean
  • ITE or Diploma Holder
  • Must have experience in Autocad, Revit MEP Design & 3D, able to draw BIM
  • Able to draw for model for M&E services
  • Knowledge of Airconditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System
  • Able to work independently and assist Project Manager
