- Degree holder, preferably in procurement, business, or finance, with over 6 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor/contract management, including a minimum of 3 years in the Asia region and virtual environments.
- Possess expertise in procurement, vendor management, and contractual best practices.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sourcing principles, negotiations, procurement systems, and tools. Solid analytical skills and understanding of standard contractual terms to mitigate legal and business risk.
- Possess experience in vendor governance, risk management, and knowledge of legislative requirements related to third-party outsourcing in jurisdictions.
