Scrum Master to join their team in Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
Work with Product Owners, Tribe leads to create and maintain product backlogs and ensures backlog readiness.
Does the forecasting of deliverables possible in an iteration based on evidence and reliable source.
Estimation and planning. Create reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
A good coach in Agile practices and can mentor individuals on processes and tools, ensure the team to adhere and use Agile values and Scrum practices.
Create a process to reduce product timetomarket by embracing automation in the delivery lifecycle.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Digital & Analytics team and other operational departments, and drive actions to eliminate any roadblocks that lie in the team's progress.
Supports the organizational transformation, mentors and coach other Scrum Masters, share practices and tools that are successful.

Qualifications

_ Requirements:
_

10+ years experience in project management preferably in the Banking Technology domain.
Experience in Wealth Management/Digital Banking/Pega/Data domain desirable but not mandatory.
Proven ability to understand business needs, across business functions with a fronttoback perspective.
Familiar with prevailing agile tools and practices (Jira/Confluence).
Certified Scrum Master or equivalent. Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Proven track record in working within both a waterfall and agile project delivery methodology.
Ability to work proactively, and independently and displays strong initiative.
Pragmatic team player with an attention to detail.
Ability to drive multiple agendas and effectively manage priorities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confidence to challenge the status quo, providing alternative solutions.
Strong interpersonal, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
Motivated, and passionate about technology and Financial Services.
Proactive, selfstarter, autonomous, good analytical skills.
Good team spirit.
