Join our dynamic team We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to fill the following roles:Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring topnotch service at all times.
- Efficiently take orders, manage table assignments, and promptly address any customer queries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining meticulous records.
- Adhere to operational protocols to guarantee seamless functioning.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization standards throughout the establishment.
- Monitor retail inventory levels and propose strategies for service enhancement.
- Actively seek feedback from both customers and colleagues to continuously improve service quality.
- Execute additional tasks as delegated by the Manager or Supervisor.
Locations:
- Dhoby Ghaut
- Marina Square
- Great World City
- VivoCity
- Bugis
Working Hours:
- 5 days a week, totaling 44 hours
- Overtime compensation provided
