    About the Role

    We are looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to join our Singapore permanent recruitment team. In this role, you will work to create the niche sector and grow the business accordingly. You will identify, screen, and build a strong pipeline of best-in-class talent for the esteemed list of clients, hiring highly qualified candidates through active headhunting and other methodologies.

    Responsibilities

    • Must have 3-5 years of commercial experience in Staffing & Recruitment or B2B sales
    • Passionate in creating and growing your own desk, executing end-to-end 360-degree recruitment process
    • Assist in evaluating various sourcing channels and tools
    • Should have a keen interest in researching and working on niche roles at all times
    • Conducting phone screening, evaluating candidate's motivations and availability, and initial assessment of candidate capabilities
    • Develop relevant and effective sourcing strategies and provide consultative services to meet recruitment needs
    • Be the client-facing personnel and take pride in engaging clients with consultancy.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Effective communication skills
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
    • High-energy and passion
    • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
    • CEI required
