- Responsible for production system integrity and production system readiness under the Bank's regulatory reporting team.
- Perform L2 support and troubleshooting for production incidents and critical system interface through MIS reporting system.
- Support the Incident Manager in ensuring preventive and detective measures of applications are identified and implemented with provision of root cause analysis.
- Support the IT Planner in meeting project objective and perform production transition for new system launch and system change request.
- Propose improvement for systems based on identified process gaps.
- Standardize processes through developing implementation, integration and documentation in accordance to set standards
- Identify and propose suitable processes for automation and implementation.
- Lead and coordinate projects (project support and change request). Provide analytical support and execute requirement analysis to support system enhancement, fixes and emergency application changes deployment.
- Highlight and escalates risk issues to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Participate in system restoration for Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Identify customers' needs and providing value-added solutions to them.

- Provide workable solutions and document for knowledge sharing.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Min. 4 years of work experience in the Application or System Support function, preferably in a bank or financial institution supporting back office / regulatory reporting systems.
- System support experience in downstream system reporting from Core Banking system.
- Hands on experience in maintaining and supporting MIS system such as ETL tool using Microsoft SQL Server with SSIS, file monitoring database loading service, secure file transfer and web development.
- A self-motivated team player who has driven work ethnic in ensuring high quality work in a timely manner.
- Good understanding of ITIL methodologies for incident, problem and change management and have usage experience of ITSM software tool such as Service Now.
- Knowledge on banking product data structured in T24 core banking product, would be a plus.
- Hands on experience in using Job Scheduling software (as batch job designer) such as Control-M or Autosys, would be a plus.
- Hands-on experience in .NET development for conducting technical review with project team, would be a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
