Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit Customer Service Officers.

Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates Welcome/Bukit Batok)

Trainings are provided/ Fresh Graduates Welcome

Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer service to customers either by telephone or electronically
Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints
Record details of enquiries and customer interactions including actions taken
Work effectively with a variety of situations, individual and groups
Demonstrate effective telephone techniques that meet Quality Assurance standards

Job Requirements:

GCE 'O' Level and above
Strong team player
Selfdriven individual with a positive attitude
Customeroriented with good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Pleasant disposition and personality
Highly adaptable to a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Problem analysis and problemsolving skills
