Description
M&E Manager
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Client on design and schedule of work
- Liaise with Consultants on design matters, all material & shop drawing submissions, authority submission matters, BIM drawings, dFS, etc
- Coordinate with M&E subcontractors on all site matters, material & shop drawing submissions, installation schedule, testing & commissioning of M&E work, asbuilt drawings, BIM, etc
- Produce M&E coordination drawings and concrete opening plans
- Liaise with C&S Engineer, Arch. Coordinator, Site Superintendent on related C&S, Arch & Site matters
- Attend all design & coordination meetings, progress meetings, and safety meetings
- Ensure that the works are carriedout according to approved materials and drawings, and ensure that the subcons carryout the works safely in accordance with approved MOS, RA & SWP.
- Review all subcontractors claims and advise QS on payment
- Submit VO to Client timely, arising from any change of requirements
- Perform ISO documentation for M&E related works
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in construction industry
- Only Singaporean
