Description
Synthesis x Finance Manager:
This is a part-time role with potential to convert to full-time
Why Synthesis?:
Rooted in culture, tested in data science, Synthesis is known for delivering exceptional data products and consultancy services which unravel human and consumer stories, and inspire our clients with the confidence to act.
We are at the forefront of a shift towards leveraging open data to develop rich, honest, human insight. The marketing and research industry has for too long relied on 'question-response' approach to understanding changes in behaviour.
We prioritise layering behavioural, performative, search and sales data to highlight the discrepancies between what people say they do and what they _actually _do.
We see a $40 billion industry that has failed to innovate for too long and we are just getting started.

In each instance, your work will guide strategic decision-making.
