    Description

    Job Description:

    Originate and drive the execution of investment banking transactions including mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory, and capital market transactions such as SGX IPOs.

    Responsible for the evaluation of potential transactions and the management of the entire deal life-cycle.
    Develop and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, investors, and other stakeholders.
    Coordinate with the relevant business departments on the financing needs of respective projects.
    Conduct financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
    Prepare and present pitch books, proposals, term sheets, and other relevant documents.
    Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, rules and regulations.


    Job Requirement:
    Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Business Studies/ Finance or equivalent.

    Demonstrated experience in executing and closing M&A transactions with full deal life cycle responsibility, leading and managing client engagements.

    Solid corporate finance knowledge including valuation & financial modelling.
    Fluent in English and Business Chinese (both written and verbal).

    Familiar with local rules and regulations such as the Singapore Code on Takeovers and Mergers,SGX Listing Manual and the Securities & Futures Act.

    Excellent presentation of ideas, both written and verbal.
    Preferably with prior experience in the SGX IPO submission process.

    At least 7 years of relevant experience in the M&A, corporate finance, investment banking and / or accounting industry.
