Job Description:

(1) Business Park & Industrial Operations


You will assist the Property Manager in managing effective daily operations and maintenance of our business parks, industrial and logistics spaces.


  • Handle and take over premises to / from tenants / purchasers
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule of the Company's properties
  • Supervise and liaise with contractors for maintenance repairs and renovation works
  • Maintain buildings especially in the areas of security and cleanliness
  • Assist to prepare annual budget, and ensure that expenses are within budget
  • Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
  • Promote good relations with our partners and tenants
  • Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)
(2) Commercial Operations

You will support the Centre Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our Commercial building(s).

  • Supervise a team of Admin Assistant and Technicians
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance works
  • Attend site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance and renovation works
  • Handover and takeover of premise, administer the Additions & Alterations (A&A) works and ensure work completion is in accordance with A&A Permits and relevant governmental requirements
  • Manage contractors' performance, raise work orders, certify work completion and handle contract administration work
  • Assist to prepare annual budget, and ensure that expenses are within budget
  • Maintain building operation manual and any records relating to the building
  • Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
  • Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)
(3) Retail Operations

You will support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.

  • Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level
  • Prepare annual budget, manage and administer contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall
  • Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall
  • Manage and execute the procurement of all maintenance contracts in the mall
  • Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
  • Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in daytoday operations
  • Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc)

Requirements:


  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management
  • Graduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and people management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
  • Willing to work beyond standard operating hours, when required
  • Willing to learn and open to possible lateral movements between asset classes in the future (based on business needs)
