Administrative Assistant
Singapore
**Monday through Friday Onsite
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team including but not limited to documents filing, typing, scanning, data input, archives and setting up files, keep track of payment and organize records in excel sheet, etc.
- Handling mails and courier services
- Attends to visitors
- Manage/liaise with vendors or external parties whenever necessary
- Run errands and assist in any adhoc duties as and when required
What qualifications, education, and experience do you need:
- 1 year of experience working in similar administrative roles
- Able to multitask and work within tight time constraints
- Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work
- Positive working attitude with pleasant personality
- Proactive, selfmotivated, independent and responsive
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
