    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate and send invoices promptly, and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection
    • Handle day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including payment processing and managing cash inflows
    • Track overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions to facilitate collections
    • Accurately record accounts receivable transactions, receipts, and journal entries in the accounting system
    • Prepare and distribute monthly account statements to customers
    • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records
    • Support the month-end closing process to maintain up-to-date financial reporting
    • Carry out additional administrative and accounting tasks as required

    Requirements:

    • Minimum O Level qualification
    • At least 1 year of experience in accounts or related field
    • Familiarity with AR, AP, cash management, and transaction recording
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
    • Ability to work late when required to meet deadlines or during peak periods
    • Experience with accounting software (Navision) is a plus
