ResponsibilitiesCall to fix appointments with external stakeholdersManage schedule of various stakeholdersFollow up on cancellation and rescheduling of appointmentsFollow up with the appointment outcome and indicate in systemConduct short briefings to each client upon arrivalRequirementsGood working etiquetteGood organisational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated and able to work autonomouslyProficient in ExcelChinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese external stakeholdersSupport other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
Work Schedule:Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)5 days / week
