    Roles & Responsibilities

    Working location: Changi South

    5 days week 8am - 5.30pm

    Salary: up to $2,600 basic

    Job Duties:

    • Responsible for generating and sending all customer quotes.
    • Assist Operation Manager with paperwork related to Orders from Customers.
    • Handle customer enquiries via email/phone.
    • Key in all the job requests into system.
    • Coordinate/ Liaise closely with warehouse departments & external parties to ensure timely response/delivery.
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

    Requirement:

    • Minimum GCE 'N' /'O' Levels or ITE Certificate
    • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
    • Experience in shipping / logistics
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
