- Responsible for generating and sending all customer quotes.
- Assist Operation Manager with paperwork related to Orders from Customers.
- Handle customer enquiries via email/phone.
- Key in all the job requests into system.
- Coordinate/ Liaise closely with warehouse departments & external parties to ensure timely response/delivery.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
- Minimum GCE 'N' /'O' Levels or ITE Certificate
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Experience in shipping / logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
