Objective of the Job

The Club Fitting Specialist will be tasked with conducting Advanced Fitting Days (AFD's) as well as Product Trial Events, across Singapore. The role will entail advance planning and execution of these Fitting Days & Product Trial Events with assistance from key Titleist Singapore office staff as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute Advanced Fitting Days from the National Fitting Center in Singapore
• Execute Vokey Wedge Experiences and Scotty Cameron Showcases around Singapore
• Execute Product Trial Days (Demo Days) around Singapore
• Assist in Education days for Golf Clubs & Golf Balls around Singapore
• Ensuring that the yearly fitting & trial targets for Singapore are achieved.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers that attend Titleist AFD's & Trial Days.
• Provide feedback to the Golf Club product team in terms of trends in the market both prior to and post launch of new Golf Club products.
• Display and demonstrate products, using samples and/or catalogues to emphasise key features and benefits where required.
• Maintain relevant new and existing customer reports to ensure accuracy of database.
• Conduct customer/staff product training when required.
• Provide reports, promotional information, and local analysis as and when required or requested.
• Attend trade shows and product launch events as required.
• Any other reasonable duty as assigned.

Selection Criteria:

· Strong Club Fitting Experience

· Experience with Launch Monitor Technology

· Strong Golf Club and Golf Swing Knowledge

· PGA Qualifications Preferred

· Good Customer Service and Sales Experience

· Willing to Travel Significantly

· Good Personal Presentation

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Time Management Skills

· Ability to Manage a Customer Database

· Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word

· Team Player

· Holds a current Driver License Preferred
