    Responsibilities:

    As a Corporate Actions Analyst, your pivotal role in the operations department ensures smooth processing of corporate actions income and events. Daily tasks include interacting with custodians, addressing queries from stakeholders, engaging in UAT and ad hoc projects, and preparing disclosure letters of shareholder requests from companies. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal abilities, and collaborative teamwork.

    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for processing all Incomes/Corporate events
    • Clarify with custodians on incomes/events
    • Produce disclosure letters for shareholder requests
    • Handle inquiries from various stakeholders
    • Update commission fees or waiver files
    • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and ad hoc projects

    Qualifications:

    The ideal Corporate Actions Analyst will possess extensive knowledge in equity, bonds, and derivatives, combined with a track record of meticulous attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Effective communication is key for liaising with stakeholders and managing inquiries adeptly. Additionally, change management understanding and the ability to explain and support organizational changes are crucial. Adaptability is vital for success in this fast-paced environment.
