- Timely processing of all order to ensure uninterrupted supply of goods and services.
- Sourcing and procurement of all supplies, services and equipment required.
- Ability to explore for new suppliers via different channels and contacts while maintaining good business relationship and monitor supplier performance.
- Able to make price comparison and negotiations.
- Maintain regular updates with suppliers and users on purchase and operational issues and ensure that problems are resolved quickly.
- Other ad-hoc duties and miscellaneous administrative job
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in purchasing;
- Preferably in landscaping/golf course industry
- Experience in ERP software will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and strong knowledge in project management.
- Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and possess positive working attitude.
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment.
- Candidate able to response after working hours.
