    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    PURCHASING

    • Timely processing of all order to ensure uninterrupted supply of goods and services.
    • Sourcing and procurement of all supplies, services and equipment required.
    • Ability to explore for new suppliers via different channels and contacts while maintaining good business relationship and monitor supplier performance.
    • Able to make price comparison and negotiations.
    • Maintain regular updates with suppliers and users on purchase and operational issues and ensure that problems are resolved quickly.
    • Other ad-hoc duties and miscellaneous administrative job
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
    • Minimum Diploma and above
    • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in purchasing;
    • Preferably in landscaping/golf course industry
    • Experience in ERP software will be an advantage.
    • Proficient in MS Office and strong knowledge in project management.
    • Independent, analytical, meticulous, organized and possess positive working attitude.
    • Good negotiation and communication skills
    • Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment.
    • Candidate able to response after working hours.
