1. Plan, execute and supervise all M&E related work services.
2. Manage M&E works and services for effective and efficient M&E facilities performance.
3. Coordinate and supervise the M&E installation and maintenance work.
4. Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the project team to resolve any technical issues. Attend M&E related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports.
5. Involve in the preparation of the method statement, work progress, drawings and other relevant documents related to M&E works.
6. Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical, electrical and building works.
7. Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works .
8. Prepare and follow- up closely on the client inquiries and quotations.
9. Follow the company internal work processes and documentation.
10. Involve in conducting toolbox meeting and coordination meeting.
11. Coordinate, liaise and communicate with people of all levels
12. Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high quality standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management related qualifications.
2. M&E Facilities operations background with at least 3 years of experience will be an added advantage.
