YOUR ROLE

• Assists business leaders in taking best informed decisions, providing timely, independent and objective financial information
  
• Manages financial statements, business forecasts, annual budgets and ad hoc analysis reports, acting as a sparring partner to business heads on strategic and operative matters
  
• Tracks financial results of business portfolio at sub-regional and country level and provides in-depth analysis incl. corrective measures
  
• Evaluates business unit strategies, projects, business plans and investment plans, assessing risks and opportunities
  
• Supports acquisitions, integrations and divestment processes
  
• Monitors Accounts Receivable and overdues
  
• Takes care of compliance and governance, ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Financial Reporting
  
• Leads the SEA controlling team taking care of recruitment & development; acts as role model to drive agility, entrepreneurship and digitalization
  
• Together with Head of Finance drives optimal SEA controlling organizational structure and ensures desired level of business support
  
• Develops and fosters training and knowledge exchange within SEA controlling community
  
• Drives continuous improvement in processes and tools within SEA controlling community
  
• Organizes and facilitates communication towards regional hub

YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
  
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in regional controlling
  
• Demonstrated track record as Business Controller, in a matrix organisation dealing with regional and global stakeholders
  
• International work experience preferred
  
• Team management experience is critical
  
• Strong commercial understanding
  
• Understanding of transfer pricing and statutory requirements including tax regulation
  
• SAP experience
