Our client has a cutting-edge manufacturing facility which is set up to accelerate the growth of alternative protein products in Southeast Asia.

They are hiring a Business Development Manager, based in Singapore to drive revenue growth in the region.


Responsibilities


Reporting to General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

You are in charge of building customer relationship, keeping abreast of market trends in Southeast Asia in plant-based products and following up with existing leads and converting these into sales contracts.

You will work closely with other team members in R&D, Supply Chain and Production department.


Requirements:


Ideally, you have a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Food Science, or a relevant field with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the food industry.

You have a strong track record in leads generation and sales management.

To be successful in this role, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills and passionate about plant-based foods industry and sustainability.
