• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to increase the company's branding and market shares.
• Consistently review the company's brand positioning to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.
• Monitor outlets and competitors' presence to improve the company's marketing performance.
• Plan and execute projects or campaigns for brand development, analyze and evaluate each project or campaign's effectiveness.
• Set benchmark metrics, measure, and report monthly performance of all projects, campaigns, and distribution channel initiatives to ensure ROI.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with partners for events and programs.
• Maintain good relationships with key media for Public Relation coverage of important events or activities.
• Work closely with the Operation team to come out with costeffective and efficient marketing activities.
• Responsible to oversee press releases, marketing collaterals, articles, corporate videos, brochures, and presentation materials.
• Generate marketing reports for management to review.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the management.

• Degree in Marketing and Communicationrelated field.
• Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player, and multitasking.
• Knowledge in strategic planning, managing, and executing marketing projects or campaigns.
• Ability to handle both internal and external key stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
