Finance Director - Singapore - INNOVARE MANAGEMENT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Description

• Manage inhouse investment and corporate finance matters, including overall project management, managing interactions with origination and execution teams;
• Source/Identify/Evaluate startup companies for investment purposes through market research, competitive analysis, and commercial due diligence;
• Lead the delivery of transactions including oversight of team members managing the process and leading any commercial discussions and contract negotiations;
• Assist postinvestment management/consulting/advisory work for new and existing portfolio companies;
• Explore and source for business partners and build up Clients related to potential corporate financial opportunities;
• Promote company brand in the region and assist in the marketing, fundraising and maintenance of client relationship; and
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the company from time to time.

• Master's in Business Admin (MBA) or above.
• With extensive experiences on corporate finance such as equity securities and with a focus on Asian markets.
• Possessing a CMFAS license is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent in negotiation with different stakeholders (e.g. investment committee, shareholders, vendors and creditors)
• Familiar with different financial business models and be able to draw up business plans/strategies.
• Able to set up and manage different process in the office, e.g. sales, marketing, finance, legal, etc.
• Able to review and analysis monthly portfolio performance, liaise with auditors and bankers, and report to senior management.
