Admin Assistant (1 year contract)
SUMMARY OF ROLE
In this role, you will support the Warehouse and Logistic department by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- GRN Management
- Ensure GRN generation within 2 working days upon receipt.
- Receiving Issue Log Management
- Follow up and ensure buyer close it on time to close the GRN.
- Filing of GRN and Supplier DO
- Update records and maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval and audit.
- NPR Management
- Follow and ensure SCM clear the NPR on time.
- Ensure good housekeeping, overall cleanliness and safe working conditions in the warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
- Min GCE 'N' level or higher
- Preferably with 1year related working experience in a warehouse or/and in admin jobs.
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and work overtime to meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to grow with a fastgrowing environment.

Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
$1, $2,300.00 per month
