Admin Assistant (1 year contract)

SUMMARY OF ROLE
In this role, you will support the Warehouse and Logistic department by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • GRN Management
  • Ensure GRN generation within 2 working days upon receipt.
  • Receiving Issue Log Management
  • Follow up and ensure buyer close it on time to close the GRN.
  • Filing of GRN and Supplier DO
  • Update records and maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval and audit.


  • NPR Management

  • Follow and ensure SCM clear the NPR on time.
  • Ensure good housekeeping, overall cleanliness and safe working conditions in the warehouse.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements

  • Min GCE 'N' level or higher
  • Preferably with 1year related working experience in a warehouse or/and in admin jobs.
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work overtime to meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to grow with a fastgrowing environment.

Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$1, $2,300.00 per month
