Sales Account Executive - Singapore - Kariera Group Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Description
The Account Executive is a sales role responsible to acquire new business to expand market share through a business consultative approach and introductions of new products and services.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform market research to understand the various industries
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Focus on growing generating new business
- Ability to prospect and manage managerial level relationships within small to medium size organizations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by company
- Monthly forecast preparation and submission
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and valuebased selling.
- Exposure to HR software would be an advantage.
- Track record of over achieving sales target.
- Able to selfmotivate and work independently.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
