- Minimum 3 year's retail sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory position managing a team of at least 20 staff, preferably in Telecommunication/IT industry
- Strong sales acumen with good sales track record
- Service oriented with high emotional quotient (EQ)

Job Scope-Floor Manager
You will be stationed at the retail shop to assist the Shop Manager to manage a team of Hub/Senior Hub Consultants and Storekeepers to sell StarHub's suite of products and services, acquire new customers, service existing customers and meet sales and service targets assigned to the store.
You are also responsible in housekeeping and maintaining of the shop presentation for different seasonal periods.
In the retail store environment, Manager is responsible for stock management which includes daily reconciliation of stocks with zero stock discrepancies
