We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to manage and coordinate staff work SOPs, implement progress tracking, ensuring our postpartum center maintains its leading position and achieves continuous growth.

Skills Required:

Team Management and Leadership:Effectively manage and guide team members, coordinate tasks, and supervise execution to foster teamwork and efficiency.

SOP Management and Optimization:Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), optimize workflows, and improve efficiency and quality.

Project Progress Management:Develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor and manage project progress, prioritize tasks, and solve issues.

Communication and Collaboration:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, cross-departmental collaboration abilities, and driving projects and tasks to successful completion.

Experience Required:

Postpartum Center Industry Experience:Familiarity with postpartum service processes and standards, knowledge of industry regulations and requirements, ability to adjust operational strategies based on market demands.

Business Development and Management:Develop and implement business growth strategies, manage and optimize operational costs, improve service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Innovative Thinking and Problem-Solving:Propose innovative operational plans and improvement measures, address operational challenges effectively.

Market Sensitivity and Competitive Awareness:Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape, develop marketing plans and strategies accordingly.
